In the event that you receive a defective product, contact us immediately by informing us. We will undertake to replace the product at no additional charge. In case of unavailability, upon consultation we can replace the defective product with another of equal value, or refund your money.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Defective product” stating the problem, your name and your order number.
The customer has the right to cancel the order before the product leaves the company. It is possible to cancel the order through the order management, as long as it has not progressed to the shipping stage.
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made by card, then the refund will also be made to the customer’s card.
